Warranty
Xclusive Xhaust offers a lifetime limited warranty on all our systems. The lifetime warranty is offered to the original purchaser and covers materials and construction. If the system should ever have a problem, the original purchaser must send the systems back to Xclusive Xhaust for inspection and Xclusive Xhaust will repair, fix, or replace as required, determined by Xclusive Xhaust’s technical staff.
Special circumstances such as poor installation, product abuse or engine malfunctioning may limit or void this warranty.
Xclusive Xhaust is not responsible for any costs including (parts, labour, shipping required for service and miscellaneous) incurred by the customer for warranty.
Xclusive Xhaust will not warranty any catalytic converter that is used with Leaded Race Fuel or any type of Fuel additive. Lead and certain fuel additives will damage any catalytic converter whether it be stock or aftermarket and Xclusive Xhaust will not warranty nor be responsible for any costs incurred for repairing or replacing the catalytic converters. Xclusive Xhaust will evaluate any failed catalytic converter(s) and make a final decision on how and why the catalytic converters failed. If Leaded Race gas or fuel additives were used then replacement of cats willbe charged to customer.
When an Xclusive Xhaust system requires warranty work, please contact our customer service, with your original invoice information, and you will receive a ARC(authorized return code). An ARC is required for all returns.
We regret that we will not accept any returns, refund or exchanges for special orders or custom made products
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Should any package appear to be damaged at the time of delivery, Xclusive Xhaust must be notified within 5 days and a Claim for damage must be made promptly with the responsible freight carrier.
